- How do you decide where you tour?
- This is a complicated process, but in essence: we approach theatres across the country to see if they would be interested in our next production, and they decide whether it is suitable. Our productions are pitched at a scale appropriate for mid-to-large scale professional theatres with full technical facilities. Inevitably this dictates the kind of venues we can approach, but we aim to tour as widely as possible. If you wish that ETT came to your area more often, get in touch with your local theatre and let them know!
- Do you accept unsolicited scripts?
- Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to accept unsolicited scripts.
- How do I find out about work placements/internships/work experience with ETT?
- Please take a look at the 'Opportunities' page in the 'About ETT' section of the website.
- How do you recruit your workshop leaders?
- If you are interested in delivering education workshops for ETT, send us your details and we will keep them on file for consideration when we put together our next education programme.
- How do you cast your productions?
- For each of our productions we hire a freelance Casting Director. If you are an actor seeking employment, the best thing to do is find out who is casting for us and contact them directly. We do not have a Casting Director at the ETT offices, so please do not send your details to us.
