Beth joined ETT in 2024 after working for 10 years as an actor. Originally from Manchester, she moved to London to train at the Arts Educational Schools London in Musical Theatre. Throughout her time as an actor, she performed on multiple UK tours and in regional venues around the country, meaning she is no stranger to the business or lifestyle of touring theatre.
Touring is important because…
Great theatre should be available to everyone, no matter where you live.
What have been your career highlights so far?
Spending a few magical Christmas seasons at the RSC.
Where is your home away from home?
I fell in love with so many cities around the UK when touring, but I have a real soft spot for Leeds. It’s got all the perks of a metropolitan city – beautiful historical buildings, great food, bars and shopping, but it’s surrounded by countryside and fantastic scenic walks. It also has the most vibrant creative community scene and the friendliest people you’ll meet.
