Harriet Mackie
Harriet is the Head of Producing – Development at the National Theatre, having previously been the Director of Producing at The Old Vic. A National Youth Theatre alumnus she started her career in stage management and casting. She fell in love with theatre companies and buildings when she became the Producer at The Theatre Chipping Norton, after which she led the producing and programming teams at Watford Palace, Leeds Playhouse and the Royal Lyceum Theatre, Edinburgh.
Harriet loves collaborating and many of her favourite projects have been co-productions with national, international and commercial partners. These include Sylvia, Pride and Prejudice* Sort Of, Solaris and The Old Vic: In Camera series.
