Olivia Highland

Having achieved a 1st class degree in Drama and Theatre Studies at Birmingham University, Olivia worked in a range of directing, producing, stage management and theatre education roles, both in London and regionally. Olivia joined The Old Vic in 2011, working in various roles within the corporate development team, and now holds the position of Co-Director of Development.

Olivia is responsible for developing and leading The Old Vic’s fundraising strategy and 18 – strong team to deliver ambitious revenue and capital fundraising targets and build sustainable, long term growth in philanthropic and corporate support. Additionally as a member of The Old Vic’s Senior Management Team, Olivia contributes to the overall planning and management o f this iconic independent theatre, which operates as a registered charity, receiving no regular government subsidy.

As a Trustee of ETT, Olivia combines her passion for theatre, her fundraising expertise and her interest in organisational management and business development.
